TARIFF:
# Double 1st double/room $170 (minimum 2 nights, additional $30 surcharge for 1 night booking)
# Extra Adults - $60 per night
# Children - $30 per night
# Groups - Group bookings and longer term stays may be offered a discount, but if numbers change from original quote, full prices will be charged.
# Please Note - On key festivals and events, full tarrifs / full house rates will apply.
Additional rooms will incur a surcharge if couples/groups decide to have their own rooms. AMEX and Diners cards will incur a small surcharge.
CHECK IN CHECK OUT TIMES: Check in time from 2 p.m. onwards and departure by 10 am or by arrangement with Manager.
MINIMUM STAY: We are flexible with bookings in that we accommodate singles, couples and welcome families for both short and long term stays. However, we usually have a minimum stay of two nights (If there is a one-night booking there is a surcharge of $30.00). On long weekends, and special events, we usually require a minimum of a three night booking.
DEPOSITS:
We do require all guests to fill out a booking form and pay for one night's
stay to secure a booking. Page 2 of the booking form is to be filled out
and sent back to us within seven days to secure a booking. Deposits can
be made by cheque or deposited into our bank account via the net.
EXTRA VISITORS: When you book, please let the manager know exact number of guests who will be staying. Extra guests will be charged.
We would appreciate it if you and your guests observe the following safety issues and courtesies:
SPA POOL: Spa pool is temporarily not available.
STAIRWAYS: Note that there are two stairways outside and
supervision of children is appreciated.
ANIMALS: Please do not be offended that we do not
permit animals.
SMOKE FREE HOUSE: We would appreciate it if guests smoke
outside.
WASHING: Please do not wash delicate furnishings, ( ie.
Throw rugs, doona covers, doilies, etc.)
ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS: We hope that all appliances
are switched off when you leave the house, particularly air conditioners,
and heaters. Could you also be careful not to leave electric blankets
on.
